Preparation
Need to add a new team member to Mela Mela? Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Go to the Team Members Tab
Log in to your Mela Mela account.
In the main “left side” navigation menu, click on the “Team Members” tab.
Step 2: Select “Add Team Member”
Once you’re in the Team Members tab, look for the “Add Team Member” button in the top-right corner and click it.
Step 3: Enter Team Member Details
Fill in the following required fields:
First Name
Last Name
School Email
Note: Double-check the email address was entered in correctly. This is how they will log into the workspace.
Job Title
Step 4: Press “Submit”
After entering the details, click “Submit”.
The new team member will now have access to Mela Mela, using the email address provided during this process.
Once a teacher or staff member is added, they will automatically receive an onboarding email with clear instructions on how to log in and get started with Mela Mela.
Encourage them to follow the steps outlined in the email to complete their first login.
